With more than 10,000 cases treated and counting, Dr. Gulfam Ahmad brings an internationally trained perspective to every consultation — treating patients from age 9 to 65. Trained and certified by leaders across the orthodontic world, he has travelled globally to refine his craft, and is Invisalign-certified under the mentorship of Dr. Kenneth Lew (Singapore), a clinician with over five decades in practice. He holds extensive training across invisible orthodontic systems and believes firmly in a result-oriented approach to care.

What are Invisalign aligners?
A series of customised, removable, virtually invisible aligners worn over your teeth to gradually shift them into the ideal position.
How does the treatment work?
Your Invisalign-trained doctor takes photos, X-rays and a digital scan of your teeth to build a 3D ClinCheck treatment plan — showing your projected final smile before treatment even begins. Custom aligners are then produced and given to you in sets of 3–4, each worn for roughly two weeks before you move to the next.
What are the advantages over traditional braces?
Virtually invisible, more predictable thanks to digital scanning, no wires or brackets to work around, easier oral hygiene, and full visibility into your progress through ClinCheck software.
How long does treatment take?
On average 3 to 18 months, depending on your case, followed by a retention phase with retainers.
How many hours a day should I wear my aligners?
20 to 22 hours a day, for the best and most timely results.
How often will I need to visit the clinic? Is it feasible for out-station patients?
Roughly every 6–8 weeks for a progress check. Out-station patients can carry a full set of aligners and change them on schedule themselves, with progress monitored remotely through Dental Monitoring software — making Invisalign a practical option even if you can't visit often.
Are there any eating or drinking restrictions?
None — aligners are removed for meals, so there's no need to give up your favourite foods. Just floss and brush before putting them back in.
Who shouldn't use clear aligners?
Patients with active periodontal disease, an allergy to the aligner material, or hereditary angioedema should discuss suitable alternatives with their doctor.

Appointments are recommended so we can plan enough time for your consultation, but we do our best to accommodate walk-ins and dental emergencies whenever we can.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring any previous dental records, X-rays, or scans you may have, a list of current medications, and details of your dental insurance if applicable.
Do you accept insurance or offer payment plans?
We work with a number of insurance providers and can also discuss flexible payment options for larger treatment plans such as Invisalign or implants — just ask us at your consultation.
How often should I get a professional cleaning?
Most patients benefit from a professional cleaning and check-up every six months, though your doctor may recommend a different schedule based on your oral health.
Do you treat dental emergencies?
Yes — call or WhatsApp us as soon as possible if you're in pain or have had a dental injury, and we'll guide you on the fastest way to be seen.
Is treatment available for children?
Yes, our team treats patients across a wide age range and can advise on preventive care, early orthodontic checks, and gentle treatment for younger patients.
Will my treatment be painful?
